This Privacy Policy describes how NukLab ("we", "Operator") handles your information in the Netsnare mobile app ("Service").

3. About Location Permission

The Service requires location permission per Android system policy to collect Wi-Fi information. This is NOT for tracking your location, but a system requirement on Android 8.1+ for accessing BSSID/SSID.

Without location permission, core Wi-Fi scan features cannot be used.

Advertising ID Data Until you reset your Ad ID

When you uninstall the app, all on-device data is immediately deleted.

We do not provide or sell your information to third parties, except when required by law enforcement.

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, and California have rights under GDPR/CCPA and similar regional laws (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Please contact the email above.

EU/EEA residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection supervisory authority.

We do not "sell" or "share" your information as defined under CCPA.


7. Children Under 14

The Service is not intended for children under 14 (Korean KOPCO) or under 13 (US COPPA). If we discover such information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.


8. Security Measures

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we will promptly notify the relevant supervisory authorities and affected users in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR Art. 33-34, Korean PIPA Art. 34).

International Data Transfers

Personal information of EU/EEA residents may be transferred to the United States and other third countries. In such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards required by GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).


9. Automated Decisions

The Service uses automated analysis to classify Wi-Fi environments as "Normal/Caution/Alert". This is reference information only and does not guarantee security. To request human review of a result, contact the operator email.


10. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice.
